WHY SITETOWORK?

A practical partner for the whole enquiry route.

SiteToWork is built for UK trades businesses that need a clearer path from customer attention to a handled enquiry, not another disconnected tool to configure alone.

The difference in the model

Useful commercial differences, made visible before work begins.

The service is designed around clear scope, practical ownership and the real sequence a local service business needs to handle.

01

No minimum-term commitment

Where the Order does not specify a minimum service term, either party can end the recurring service with at least 30 days’ written notice. Completed work and undisputed amounts already due remain governed by the Order and Terms.

02

Ownership with useful control

You retain materials you supply. Subject to full payment, final bespoke website materials created specifically for your business are assigned to you where SiteToWork can lawfully assign them. Reusable SiteToWork tools remain ours, with the licence needed to operate the paid deliverable.

03

Built for trades businesses

The work is shaped around plumbers, electricians, builders, heating engineers and other local service businesses: visitor → enquiry → response → follow-up → booking or work.

04

One connected supplier

A website, enquiry route, CRM organisation and follow-up workflow can be planned together, so the next operational action is not left between separate suppliers.

05

Managed implementation

SiteToWork helps set up and build the agreed service, then provides the ongoing support, monitoring and allowances defined by the selected package and written Order.

06

No lead commission

Package pricing does not take a percentage of the value of each enquiry or job captured by the system. Third-party charges, such as payment-processing fees where applicable, remain separate.

Website + automation, designed together

The customer journey does not stop at the form.

The Complete System can connect a lead-generation website with enquiry handling, CRM organisation and agreed follow-up routes. Human review remains available for unclear or exceptional cases; the system is there to support judgement, not promise a booking or revenue.

Business model comparison

A clearer alternative to common agency friction.

These are common industry models, not claims about every agency. The useful question is what is included, who controls the important assets and how the ongoing relationship works.

Before work starts

A written scope makes the decision easier.

Before implementation, the Order and proposal should make clear what is being built, which package is selected, the initial cost, the ongoing cost, the workflow boundaries and what is not included.

That keeps practical automation grounded in the business’s agreed process rather than asking the business to accept a vague promise.
